Step One: Download Contract
The first thing we need to receive from you is a signed contract. You can either complete the contract online or download the contract by clicking on the “Download Contract” button below. If you download the contract, after you have filled it out completely, you can scan and email it back to our office at email@example.com. If you are paying by check, simply include it with your payment when you mail it in.
NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER ANY ONE OF OUR STORM SHELTERS IN THE TALL SIZE, PLEASE SPECIFY IN THE “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” BOX OF THE FORM.
